Strategies for achieving profitable growth

Ben Thompson, Partner, shared his insights with Christopher Niesche and the Australian Institute of Company Directors on what strategies organisations should keep in mind to achieve profitable growth. Key to this is building a growth culture that gets staff at all levels involved in innovation as, “anyone who’s got a customer interaction has the opportunity to spot a growth opportunity — or a problem.” Ben’s goes on to share what he sees as the three necessities for achieving lasting growth: innovation, acquisition, and building and keeping a core team that delivers.
