It is understood the management consultancy outfit has picked up McKinsey & Company associate partner Le Tilahun, ex-Pacific Strategy Partners operative Rochelle Boland, and former Hewlett Packard director Archie Reed.

Tilahun comes across after six years at McKinsey, where he focused on consulting on major capital programs, like big infrastructure projects. It is understood in his new role he will lead Partners in Performance’s global capital practice.

Meanwhile, Boland has been managing her own practice, RB Consulting, for the past decade, and focuses on the government, public transport, health, and education sectors.

The third in the trio, Reed, will join Partners in Performance’s technology practice, and comes across after a couple years at technology consultancy TechVision Research.
