Le Tilahun has joined Partners in Performance from McKinsey & Company, where he spent six years. Most recently an associate partner, Tilahun co-led the firm’s Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice in Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in topics including strategy, operational transformations, capital portfolio optimisation, organisational design, capability and digitisation.

Rochelle Boland brings over two decades of consulting experience to Partners in Performance’s partnership. The past ten years she has been managing her own practice, RB Consulting, focused on helping government, public transport, health, and education sector clients with strategic advice, operations, research and data analytics.

Archie Reed has been appointed a partner in Partners in Performance’s digital practice, PiP Digital. He joins from TechVision Research, where he was a Principal and provided clients advice on digital enterprise planning, digital innovation, identity management, enterprise architecture and technology vendor/solution assessment.
