Before joining Partners in Performance, Nasir worked at KPMG and ICI. He has industry experience holding management roles in petrochemicals, chemicals, and utilities in operations and maintenance. He also has extensive advisory experience working with capital‑intensive businesses. He is a recognised expert in his field, speaking at industry forums about business and operating model transformations.

Nasir believes in delivering pragmatic solutions that his clients can embed into their day‑to‑day work. His experience in leading frontline teams and operations, combined with implementing large‑scale change programs around the globe, allows him to recommend and enact real change and lasting benefits.
