Meet Keith Russell

Keith has over 30 years of experience in management consulting. He specialises in operational improvement and transformation in mining, natural resources and heavy industrials. In addition to his client partnerships, Keith heads the North American region as their Managing Director, a region that has grown significantly and continues to expand under his stewardship.

Before joining Partners in Performance in 2007, Keith held leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group and Booz Allen Hamilton, as well as CEO of Forest Express, an eCommerce business owned by International Paper, Weyerhaeuser and Georgia‑Pacific.

Having lived and consulted in Europe, America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, Keith brings a rich global perspective and deep insights to deliver lasting impact across different regions and cultures. This has proved invaluable when working with large international organisations with diverse teams.

An experienced and highly effective leader, Keith brings a practical and pragmatic approach to the challenges of leading and driving change initiatives in complex organisations.
